Supported by the Mediterranean Women’s Fund, the Young Creators Association organized a workshop on “Effective Leadership Strategies” on Sunday, February 9, 2025, at the association’s headquarters, under the guidance of trainer Abdelkrim Sijdi. The workshop aimed to enhance participants’ leadership skills and equip them with effective strategies for leading teams with excellence.

The workshop covered several key topics, starting with the “Concept of Leadership and Its Importance”, where the role of the leader in motivating the team and achieving goals was discussed. The “Effective Leadership Strategies” were reviewed, with a focus on planning, decision-making, and effective communication. Under the “Team Leadership Skills and Fundamentals” section, participants learned methods for building teams and fostering a spirit of collaboration.

The workshop concluded with a discussion on the “Challenges Faced by Leaders and How to Deal with Them”, where practical solutions to leadership challenges, such as crisis management and motivating individuals, were presented. The workshop was marked by active participation from attendees, contributing to a rich and valuable learning experience.
